Guess Who WON Q&A | Jermell Charlo TRANSFORMATION

In regards to the upcoming fight between Canelo and Jermell Charlo, the weight is a topic of great discussion. The weight between Canelo and Jermell is similar because Canelo and Charlo are natural middleweights. Charlo may even be more naturally 168 pounds than Canelo.

On SHOWTIME, there was a Crawford and Spence Q&A. Following ShowBizz The Adult tradition, like anything else regarding the fighters, the Q&A must also be analyzed. In general, Spence’s answers had more layers compared to Crawford’s (check the full breakdown on today’s podcast).

On other news, after Vergil Ortiz Jr. feinted yesterday prior to his, now cancelled, fight against Eimantas Stanionis, there were questions regarding his overall health given that he was previously diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis. However, the reason for feinting was due to the weight cut itself and not his medical condition.

Now that Ortiz vs. Stanionis is cancelled, the most anticipated boxing match of the weekend is that of “Boots” Ennis and Roiman Villa. Some interesting aspects of the fight to note is the height difference and head size difference between “Boots” and Villa. Officially, Villa is listed as 5'7 and “Boots” is listed as 5’10 and yet, when the fighters had their staredown, Villa was taller. Furthermore, Villa’s head size is larger. Based on ShowBizz’ philosophy, a bigger skeleton is needed to support a bigger head size. And a bigger skeleton means greater strength. Concerning the more boxing technical aspect of the fight, Villa’s pressure, technique and power make him dangerous. Therefore, if “Boots” defeats Villa, credit needs to be given to Ennis.
