  • When looking at the resumes of Canelo and Julio Cesar Chavez, Canelo seems to have taken more chances. But, at this point in time, Chavez is greater than Canelo.

  • Canelo’s last performance against Charlo had a great display of defense on Canelo’s part. He cut off the ring beautifully, threw wonderful shots and used his high guard and slight head movement to avoid getting hit. He was very difficult to hit.

  • Bob Arum has showed his liking for Oscar De La Hoya’s idea of having a fight between Teofimo Lopez and Ryan Garcia on Super Bowl weekend. And Arum added that hopefully Garcia is Lopez’ next fight.

  • If Canelo were to fight the winner of David Benavidez and Demetrius Andrade, then he has faced everyone he needed to during his career.
