Furthermore, given that Spence does not have a fight date nor a fight weight determined, it is smart for a nutritionist to recommend Spence to not start shaping his body because the nutritionist does not know what weight to prepare him for. It is also not fair to compare Spence’s current shape with Crawford’s current shape, because Crawford is a naturally smaller man and as a result has the opportunity to gain more muscle and still meet his weight duty. On the contrary, Spence, as a bigger man, cannot afford to build more muscle due to his weight cutting responsibility.
